All sales are final on jewelry, accessories, lingerie, and sale merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition, and have ALL tags attatched.  Damage or omission of any items will result in a re-stocking fee.  Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.  If items are postmarked after that 14 days, but within 30 days, we will provide a store credit. Anything after the 30 day period will be considered an unauthorized return and will be immediately shipped back to you at your expense.  Your credit card on file will be charged.  Please send returns and exchanges to:

Include original invoice (or a copy).  We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring your package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. For international exchanges you will be required to pay for the total cost of shipping the new merchandise.  We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.

Item availability: At shortysloft.net, we make every attempt to keep adequate stock of merchandise listed on our sight.  However, we do limit quantities to add to our uniqueness. If you order an item that is no longer available, we will promptly notify you via email.  There is no sales tax for out-of-state purchases, with the exception of California residents.
